Playfair Mining Announces Closing of Private Placement
Vancouver, B.C. – Playfair Mining Ltd. (“Playfair”, or the “Company”) PLY-TSXV, is pleased to announce that it has closed the non-brokered private placement announced on April 12, 2023. The Company has issued 10,000,000 common shares at $0.05 per share for gross proceeds of $500,000. No finders’ fees were paid in connection with this placement.
The Company will use the proceeds for exploration activities in Norway, and general corporate purposes.
This private placement is being completed pursuant to the listed issuer financing exemption under Part 5A of National Instrument 45-106 Prospectus Exemptions and therefore the securities issued are not subject to a hold period under applicable Canadian securities laws.
The road to a cleaner environment includes electric vehicles. Electric vehicles need copper, nickel, and cobalt. There is no green future without minerals.
